Once again, our student’s and families dug deep into their pockets and helped us raise over $600 for the Terry Fox Foundation … well done everyone!

Another great day at Baldonnel school! The pics say it all!

Congratulations to our X-Country Running team for doing such a great job representing our school last week at the meet hosted by Upper Pine School. The team will also be participating in the meet at Kin Park this coming week.

A big thank-you to Mrs. Odermatt’s class for the great presentations about Terry Fox last week at our assembly. Our house teams are currently participating in a Terry Fox Coin Drive competition that will conclude this coming Friday,

Soccer
We have 2 teams this year: Grade 4/5 coached by Mrs. Fuhr & Mrs. Ross and Grade 5/6 coached by Ms. Gracie Odermatt. Both tems will practice on Monday’s after school. All league games will be played at the Surerus Fields with our Grade 5/6 team playing on Tuesday’s and our Grade 4/5  team playing on Thursday’s.

Please click on the link below … As you will see in the letter, our PAC is still looking for someone to chair the Carnival Committee. If we are unable to find someone by Monday, September 17th then this year’s fall Carnival will most likely have to be cancelled.

Our students had loads of fun this week creating new house team names as well as different songs and cheers to go with their new house team names. Please watch for upcoming House Team Challenges in future newsletters and show your support by getting involved!
